This article focuses on Positive Psychology, an emerging field in psychology that centers on the positive aspects of the human experience. Throughout history, various pathologies have been treated, but it is only in recent times that attention has been given to the stability of mental health. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated global mental health issues. The research delves into how character strengths, coping strategies, and resilience can predict life satisfaction, post-traumatic growth, and psychological distress in this context. Positive Psychology is considered to play a crucial role in addressing these problems and promoting emotional well-being in a world affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
