This article introduces the "Intrabus Project," a thesis proposing an innovative and disruptive solution in response to the global pandemic situation, with a particular focus on Central America. The project, scheduled for execution in 2022 over a period of 3 to 6 months, centers around the creation of an educational and training bus. This bus will travel to various regions in Panama, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua in its first phase and expand to other Central American countries in 2023 and 2024. Subsequently, there is a vision to implement a similar model in Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia in a third phase. The team behind the "Intrabus Project" will consist of local trainers, supported by technical assistance from European trainers. This collaborative approach aims to give the project an international dimension, providing practical training programs to various groups affected by the pandemic, including the unemployed, women, youth, and students. The goal is to equip these communities with international knowledge that they can apply in their respective home regions. Furthermore, there is a focus on aligning with the 17 principles of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ensuring a comprehensive and sustainable approach to training and empowering local communities.
