This essay, open to the transcomplex, scientific and humanistic dialogue, its object of study, will establish the philosophical, ontological, social bases of the Latin American symbolic hermeneutic paradigm, serving as support for the establishment of Latin American scientific knowledge, based on an allegorical approach, cuts considered archetypal the This symbolic hermeneutic reflection that accounts for how the administrative scientific epistemological construction process has been emblazoned in Roman phrases "iuris tantum", absolute presumption. The archetypal ethnohistorical hermeneutic method was used, as a category of analysis: mentality, proposed by C. G. Jung for the interpretation of data, sources, texts, magazines, manuscripts, essays, articles; other official documents served as support to establish foundations and importance. It is concluded that this allegorical methodology encourages imagination, reflection and critical thinking in researchers, through the interpretation and analysis of the symbols present in the narrative, providing them with the opportunity to explore different meanings and perspectives.
