Abstract

This essay, open to the transcomplex, scientific and humanistic dialogue, its object of study, will establish the philosophical, ontological, social bases of the Latin American symbolic hermeneutic paradigm, serving as support for the establishment of Latin American scientific knowledge, based on an allegorical approach, cuts considered archetypal the This symbolic hermeneutic reflection that accounts for how the administrative scientific epistemological construction process has been emblazoned in Roman phrases "iuris tantum", absolute presumption. The archetypal ethnohistorical hermeneutic method was used, as a category of analysis: mentality, proposed by C. G.
